People come to Centre 2000 for tourism and community information, recreation, meetings and events, or to simply enjoy the view. The building is a showcase for community pride and the treasures of our region.
From the beautiful lowest level of Centre 2000, to the awe-inspiring views of the third-floor cupola, all ages and interests will find something to catch their fancy. Settled on the main floor are the Grande Prairie and District Chamber of Commerce and Grande Prairie Regional Tourism Association. One floor above are the United Way of Northwestern Alberta, the Northwestern Alberta Foundation and The City of Grande Prairie Economic Development – Invest Grande Prairie Office. This building is truly a gem of community.
